Hey man, we understand – everyone has to start somewhere. The key is to start slow. Start by cutting sugary drinks and juices for two weeks and walking 15-20 minutes three or four times a week.
Gradually start working in non-processed foods and cutting out fast foods and fried foods. If you are drinking alcohol, slow to two drinks, two days a week.
