Want more intensity and one-on-one input with our trainers? This is the plan for you. The Basic Plus Fitness Program is your transition into the next stage into your fitness journey. Considering stepping up into this level if you’ve completed the Basic Fitness Program or if you consider yourself already somewhat active. The Basic Plus Fitness Program includes the following:
- Initial consultation with certified personal trainer
- 4 week custom fitness plan (5-6 workouts per week) created by an AFG trainer
- Weekly consultations with a certified personal trainer with adjustments to the program, as needed
